Sales User Unable To View/execute Copy Opportunity Action

There is a scenario in which an Opportunity record is created by “User1” who is a sales rep. Latter, “User1” adds “User2” who is also a sales rep as a team member in that Opportunity with Edit or Full Access. As per oracle documentation, any other user who is added as a team member with Edit or Full Access should be able to perform all operations on that record except he can’t add any other user in team section. But, in this case “User2” is not able to even view Action “Copy Opportunity”. In this case, they are looking for team member of Opportunity to perform Copy Opportunity action. But they are unable to do. I have given one example of these 2 users. Similarly, any user apart from Admin who is added as a team member with Edit or Full Access is unable to even view Copy Opportunity option. This behavior is in both test and production environments.
Due to this issue, users who are added as team members are not able to create a child Opportunity and this is affecting their sales operations.
