Symptoms

On Java Cloud Service (JCS), when attempting to configure a SAML2 Web SSO partner, the following error occurs:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Create a SAML2 identity Asserter.
  2. Import the partner's metadata.

Due to this issue, the SAML2 Web SSO partner cannot be added.
