ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
If users are adding a clause in Terms Template that is already created, they are not receiving any warning message, but the window is closed and the clause is not created.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
To receive a warning message if users are trying to create a clause that is already created (a duplicate one).
STEPS
-----------------------
1. Create a clause from Create Clause screen.
2. Then go to Terms Template.
3. Create a clause with same Clause Number.
4. No warning message is displayed that the clause is already created (duplicated) and the window is closed.
