When a user data picker data element (DE) is added to a shell detail form and is driven for behavior by a dynamic data set (DDS) (e.g., required, disabled, editable), the user data picker DE always appears disabled regardless of the configuration of the DDS. This behavior is observed when using the old user interface (UI) only.  It works correctly with the new UI.

The DE should behave based off of the configuration of the DDS.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log in to Unifier
  2. Navigate to a shell/project
  3. Turn off new UI
  4. Open the shell details form that has a user data picker whose behavior is driven by DDS
  5. Notice that the a user data picker and is disabled even tho it should be enabled based off of the DDS settings.
