Symptoms

 When navigating to Manage Payroll Relationships UI for a specific employee, multiple rows of Final Close and Last Standard Processing Date can be seen. 
Because of this, the Recalculate Payroll for Retroactive Changes process fails with the following error:

"A system error ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of  rows ORA-06512: at "FUSION.PAY_PAYROLL_RUN". line 2207 ORA-06512 at line 1  occurred in table reset_rel_group_status at location 625"
