Calling ReportServices From OIC Cloned Integration Fails With Error "Did not understand \"MustUnderstand\" header(s)" (Doc ID 2608231.1)

While calling cloned integration after changing the connection of end point to point to test environment, it fails with error

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Clone a integration which has connection to ReportService endpoint.
2. Update connection using the blog reference ""
3. Run a test to get the error reported.
