Symptoms

Unable to connect to OCC (Oracle Commerce Cloud).

For the integrations that connect to OCC, those integrations were working until today, but now there is an issue when trying to call an OCC API, and the below error is seen.

The OCC Dev instance had an upgrade yesterday from 19.4.5 to 19.4.11, but the OCC Test instance hasn't upgraded and this happens on Test too!
