EBS Preferences Tab not Working Properly with the EBS Asserter for IDCS (Doc ID 2608305.1)

Symptoms

Customer has a requirement of EBS Asserter redirecting to custom Home Page.

EBS has a feature in its preference section, where each user can set their preferred landing page post EBS OOB authentication

So ideally post IDCS authentication redirection should happen to the URL specified in Preference Tab in EBS.

However after enabling SSO with IDCS, preference Tab settings in EBS is not working\not taking effect.
