Symptoms

On : 11.13.19.07.0 version, Receiving

When attempting to Create Return Receipt user is getting the following error.

ERROR
-----------------------
The primary quantity must be less than the quantity available in the subinventory (RCV-24451)

STEPS
-----------------------

1. Inventory management -> Tasks -> Receipts
2. Return receipts
3. Search with Receipt -> Enter quantity to return -> Erorr
