Failed Network Erorr When Attempting To Save / Download PDF Documents While Using Google Chrome (Doc ID 2608499.1)

On : Primavera Unifier

When using Google Chrome and attempting to save a custom print as a .pdf file, the end user clicks the Download button and is prompted to enter a name and click Save.  The download/save process fails and the print is not saved to the computer and the following error is displayed in the Google Chrome download bar:

Failed - Network Error

End users should be able to use Google Chrome to save a custom print as a .pdf file.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Primavera Unifier and access a record
2. Click on Action
3. Select Print -> Custom
4. In the pop up window that appears with the record, click Download
5. Notice that you are not able to save the file

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot save the custom print as a .pdf file while using Google Chrome.
