Invalid Rule Message Submitting a Cost Type BP Record (Doc ID 2608529.1)

Symptoms

On : Unifier Any Version

When attempting to submit a cost type Business Process (BP) record, the following error occurs:  Rule Invalid. 

In the popup error, the Trigger Value and Current Value columns are blank.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log in to Unifier
  2. Navigate to problem cost type bp record
  3. Attempt to send the record.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot submit the cost type BP record.
