Procurement Catalog

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

Supplier Punchout Catalog is not working for one specific user.
When the user accesses the catalog by navigating through

Requisitions UI
Shop by Category Drop Down shows Punchout Catalog
Click on Punchout Catalog link

It lands in a different page than the punchout page:

Welcome to Business
Let's create your free business user account ...

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User to land in the correct punchout page when he selects the punchout catalog.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Sign on as specific user
2. Go to Requisitions UI
3. Select Shop by Category Drop Down
> it shows Punchout Catalog
4. Click on Punchout Catalog link
