"Reporting Hierarchy Generation" Failing and UI Data not Syncing with BI Report Data (Doc ID 2608548.1)

Goal

Resource and Territory data is not synced on BI reports with what is in the UI.

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE
1. Reporting Hierarchy Generation should be completed but errors out.
2. Customer had a massive sales org realignment last month, which brought changes in territory mgmt.

3. Most regional directors are not seeing the correct individuals in their region on reports.
4. Subject areas in BI reports are not reflecting the changes made on the app side.
5. This is incorrect on BI side, but on app side it looks correct.
