ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Remove button for a line item still appears to be active even when its disabled in the properties of the Business Process (BP).

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------

Users should not see the remove button.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log in to Unfier
  2. Navigate to problem BP record
  3. Open record
  4. Notice the Remove button in Line Items

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users appear to have the ability to remove line items.
