Symptoms

When attempting to Connect to budgetary control budget dashboard the following error occurs.

ERROR

"Balances for the budget account group XXXXX can't be retrieved because the budgetary control balances cube can't be connected. (XCC-675465)"

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to dashboard
2. See error
