Goal

Simplified Import: If single "(Double quote) is used within the text field embraced with standard double quotes then import is unsuccessful and if we remove single "(Double quote) then import was success.

Can you please help us to know if the FBDI/OEC functionality shall be able to handle and load any sign or special character including double quotes within a text field embraced with standard double quotes or not?
