Rest GET Call For Some Organization Names Does Not Bring Any Data (Doc ID 2609264.1)

Goal

Admin User tried to get data for some accounts, using the PartyUniqueName or
OrganizationName in the query, for the REST web service.
Used an API similar with the below :
https://XXXX.fa.emX.oraclecloud.com/crmRestApi/resources/latest/accounts?q=PartyUniqueName="XXXXXX YYYY. XYZ ZZZZZ (Z/999)"
and the response was:

When using the ParyID in the query, the GET call is returning data.
