"This page isn’t working" When Triggering Create For A New Business Process Record In Standard View (New UI) (Doc ID 2609406.1)

Symptoms

On Unifier : Version 19.8

When trying to Create a new Business Process record:

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
----------------------
In Standard View (new UI), for some Business Process (BP) records, when the user clicks on Create the form does not load and “This page isn’t working” is returned.
In Classic View (old UI) the form loads and the record can be created.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
----------------------

  1. Sign into Unifier
  2. Ensure that the New User Experience (Standard View or New UI) is enabled
  3. Navigate to the workspace where the BP record can be created
  4. Click on the 'Create' button
  5. Notice the form does not load and "This page isn't working" pops up
  6. Close the window(s)
  7. Disable the New User Experience (switch to Classic View or Old UI)
  8. Perform the same from steps 1-6 and notice the form loads and the record can be created

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

BP "Create" function should allow the record to be created regardless of the view being used.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
Because of this users cannot Create new BP records with the New User Experience enabled.
