Custom Report For Oracle Mobile Commission App Not Using Period Prompt

After logging into the Mobile Commissions app, the prompt is only half visible as it is partly hidden behind the Header bar (the bar that says 'Back') and cannot be used. If you pull down on the screen you can see the filter, but you can't pull down on the screen and pick from the drop down so it is unusable. This seems to be a UI issue that is blocking it from being usable. How can this be fixed?
