Custom Agent Event for Classification Code Changes Is Not Being Raised As Expected (Doc ID 2609623.1)

Symptoms

You have created a custom modification agent event ITEM_CLASSIFICATION_UPDATE. Data Query type is “GTM ITEM CLASSIFICATION” it was mapped to table GTM_ITEM_CLASSIFICATION.GTM_ITEM_CLASSIFICATION_GID. Based on this event you have created agent “ITEM_CLASSIFICATION_UPDATE”.

You are expecting that whenever any modification or creation is done on any classification code in the Item manager screen, it is supposed to raise this event and trigger the agent but this is not happening.
