Rules on Schedule Level are not Getting Applied for Tasks (Doc ID 2609750.1)

Rules applied at schedule level does not work for the tasks even when it meets the condition.

For Example,

1) Create a task and define attributes with a value

2) Create a new schedule from templates, define a rule to auto submit based on the attribute

3) Set the status of the schedule to open

4) Task will be available as working instead of submitting the task as defined
