FUSION PAYROLL: 401k Catchup Element Not Processing after base element limit was met (Doc ID 2609874.1)

401k Catchup element not processing

Testing with an employee that earns $4,000,000 a year and is 78 years old.
This employee has both the 401k retirement plan and the 401k retirement plan catchup element as element entries.
When processing the payroll for this employee, their base 401k contribution is capped at $19,000.00

Given both eligibility criteria are met, the catchup element should be processing.

As the Catchup element is set up as Sequential, and both eligibility criteria are met, (Deduction limit and age criteria) the catchup element should be processing.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Catchup element is set up as Sequential

After the annual limit is met for 401k, the Catchup element is not deducting from the employee
