Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The user is not able to create a new Legal entity in the application.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
In an existing enterprise structure, the user should be able to add a new legal entity.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Setup and Maintenance >> Select offering as Financials
2. Search for task manage Legal Entities >> Click on the scope and change it to Create New.
3. Click on apply changes.
