Error: "Unexpected error. Please re-test the Gateway configured details in Company Workspace" running P6 to Unifier synchronization using Primavera Gateway (Doc ID 2610430.1)

Symptoms

When clicking on the Get Data button for the Master Rate Sheet in Primavera Unifier the following error is returned:

Unexpected error. Please re-test the Gateway configured details in Company Workspace 

However when testing the Gateway connection the following is returned: Test Connection' button: Alert - Connection Successful! 

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Sign into Unifier.
  2. In USER mode navigate to the Company Workspace > Cost Manager > Master Rate Sheet  Click on Get Data (button) 
  3. Confirmation: Master Rate Sheet will be updated with the latest data from P6. Do you want to continue? - click Yes 
  4. Alert: Unexpected error. Please re-test the Gateway configured details in Company Workspace 
  5. In ADMIN mode under the Gateway node, Open the Gateway Integration that is defined and click on the 'Test Connection' button: Alert - Connection Successful!
