Symptoms

Using the "Workforce Performance - Performance Rating Real Time" Subject Area, the following fields were not returning the correct/any data:

"Calculated Manager Overall Rating"
"Calculated Worker Overall Rating"

These fields are located in Performance Rating / Performance Rating folder in the Subject Area.
