Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Costing Account Balances Report running for a
long time and ends in "No data found".

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Costing Account Balances Report will complete
with data for period for which it was run.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into Fusion Applications
2. Navigate to Schedule Processes
3. Submit the Report - Costing Account Balances Report
4. After sometime (after 20 minutes) reports completes but with output showing 'No data found'.
