Symptoms

When initiating a data load from Account Reconciliation Cloud (ARCS), the following error is thrown during the first stage of the load:

 

 

In the Data Management Process Log, the following error is seen:

2019-11-14 15:32:04,107 FATAL [AIF]: Error in Insert Process Details
2019-11-14 15:32:04,107 DEBUG [AIF]: Comm.updateProcess - START
