Symptoms
Below ESS job does the Q assignment and update the Service Request object. Object WF is written to capture the update and action the email notification. 19D this ESS job doesn't trigger WF update.
ESS Job : Service Request Queue Assignment
Customer doesn't have OMNI enabled. While OMNI run triggers the WF update.
