Symptoms

On Unifier : Any Version

When trying to view movie video type files, e.g., mp4, flv, wmv, mov, etceteras, using the Unifier Viewer (AutoVue):

Expected Result

The file should open and play in the Unifier Viewer.

Actual Result

Unifier pops up the following:

Files cannot be viewed because of a missing system configuration setting. Contact System Administrator.

Business Impact

Because of this movie video type files cannot be viewed using the Unifier Viewer.
