On : 11.13.19.07.0 version, Activity Management

Invalid Userpreferences / Time Zone


I have noticed , that we have users which never adjusted the system preferences to their local Time Zone, but they kept the default time zone UTC.
Then they created some appointments. Obviously the appointments are in the incorrect time Zone.
I assume just changing the time zone in the system preferences is not enough to solve the problem.
please advise required steps to solve this problem.
