After Upgrading Visual Builder From 19.1.3 To 220.127.116.11, Dialog Box Freezes On Second Invocation

An application has been migrated from Visual Builder 19.1.3 to VBCS 18.104.22.168. There are a few dialog boxes (oj-dialog) implemented in the pages.
Now after importing that application into Visual Builder 22.214.171.124, some issues are seen with Dialog boxes. When a dialog box is opened for the first time,
it opens up fine. But when the same dialog box is opened for a second time, it just goes away, freezing the screen.
- There are no errors in console log.
- This application also contains Fusion Application related Alta UI theme CSS.
