Symptoms

On : 11.13.19.07.0 version, Global Payroll

When attempting to update the Effective End Date for Calculation Card Component using the column ReplaceLastEffectiveEndDate, the following error occurs.
The same action works when manually changing the value from UI.

ERROR

Date-effective records cannot have gaps between the effective end date of one record and effective start date of the next record.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Load HDL file
2. Error is returned
