Symptoms

On : 11.13.19.07.0 version, CX Mobile Application

When trying to log a call in the Mobile CX Cloud App in the "Task Feature" within the app, user gets below error. Same issue is also seen in standard layout. 

ERROR

Your changes could not be saved. The value being set for attribute OwnerName does not match the value derived from list binding LOV_OwnerName

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. On CX mobile > Open existing account > Activities > Email > create email > Log a call > Save on the default values > See error

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Customer has CRP facing top management , so this issue needs to be resolved asap
