This message is for all Oracle CRM On Demand customers who have Single Sign-On (SSO) enabled for their organization's Production Environment.
The current SAML Single Sign-On (SSO) certificate for your Oracle CRM On Demand Production Environment is expiring. A new certificate is now available for your Production Environment. All customers should update their SSO Production Environment with the new certificate prior to Saturday, December 14, 2019.
Please Note: This will be posted as 'Standard Maintenance'. Information on the Service Information page and in any email alerts you receive will list it as such.
Download the new metadata (also including just the certificate) from the Oracle CRM On Demand Support Portal at the following link:
Customers can upload the new certificate at any time. Users whose Production Environments have not been updated with this new certificate by December 14 may not be able to utilize their company's SSO capabilities; i.e., they may not be able to access the Production Environment using SSO. Customers using the metadata should wait to upload it until after 9:00pm Eastern Time on December 14.
This certificate update is required for customers who requested Oracle to sign their outgoing requests for validation.
Note: This update is for your Oracle CRM On Demand Production Environment only. There was a separate certificate for updating your Stage Environment that was made available earlier this month.
