Error: "teammember_error_generic" When Adding Comment to Activity in Team Member (Doc ID 2611522.1)

Symptoms

When clicking on "Post" to post a comment to a Discussion within Team Member, receive the following error:

teammember_error_generic

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into Team Member.
  2. On the My Activities tab, click on the Discussion button on an activity.
  3. Type a comment and hit "Post". Error.
