"Continue to Sign In" button not always present in Password Reset confirmation form (Doc ID 2611781.1)

Symptoms

After the user resets his password, he recieves an email that contains an URL to engage in the password reset flow.
Sometimes, the confirmation form for Password reset contains a button labeled "Continue to Sign In". This button
will not always be present.
