Lead Assignment Is Replacing Owner For Leads (Doc ID 2611836.1)

Goal

On : 11.13.19.07.0 version, Leads, Sales Campaigns

The Lead Assignment Rules setup was done and a Lead Processing Activity was scheduled to run and assign leads automatically.

As a result of the assignment, for the Leads which do not satisfy the criteria-conditions set in the Lead Assignment Rules, the existing owner is getting deleted and owner field is becoming blank. Ideally for these Leads nothing should change since they do not satisfy the criteria set in Lead Assignment Rules. Why is the owner becoming blank?
The following settings in Lead Assignment Objects> Sales Lead Resource: Replace Candidates-Checked; Keep Manual Candidates-Unchecked; System Attribute-Primary.
