Error when CPQ Receives Signed Documents from Docusign [Signature on notification message invalid.] (Doc ID 2612097.1)

Symptoms

When a document is sent to Docusign for signature, and the signer completes the signature and the document is returned to CPQ, the status of the document does not update on the quote to show that it has been signed. This error shows in the bm.log:

[ERROR] com.bm.xchange.webservices.common.NotificationReceivingServlet.doPost(NotificationReceivingServlet.java:82) - Failed to generate response to notification.
Signature on notification message invalid.

Changes

 A new Docusign certificate was installed in CPQ as part of the standard Docusign integration, or no changes were made.
