Symptoms

On : 11.13.19.07.0 version, Receipts

Unable to save a receipt application due to the following error:

ERROR

Error Message - ORA-06510: PL/SQL: unhandled user-defined exception ORA-06512: at "FUSION.ARP_PROCESS_APPLICATION", line 8819 ORA-06512: at line 1


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to Receivables >Accounts Receivables > Manage Receipts


2. Query the invoice to apply.

3. Save the details.
