Office 365 Monitor: Last Sync Failed For 3 Users (Doc ID 2612245.1)

On : version, Microsoft Office 365

We have set the sync job to run every 2 h.
This job normally runs well and syncs the data every 2 hours. It works for the majority of the users.
However, in Office 365 Monitor it shows that it has failed for 2 particular users


Synchronization has failed for 3 users

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Office 365 Monitor
2. See that Sync has failed for 2 users

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see consistency with sync in Office 365.
