On : 11.13.19.10.0 version, Service Requests

Additional Character are reflecting in email sent to customer


Issues:
 #3000000018XXXXX# this number with the hashtags is added to the email body which  is not seen in the template created for email.
To reproduce the issue:
 Open an SR>Send Response>Check email> notice #3000000018XXXXX# at te end of it
