OAC-OM: Unable To Delete Sections On Dashboards

Symptoms
You are unable to delete the sections alone from the dashboard.
The steps to recreate the issue.
1. Add a column to a new dashboard page
2. Drag a text box into the column, and edit it to say test
3. Save dashboard
4. Run dashboard and confirm you see the word test on the dashboard
5. Edit the dashboard and delete the section that contains the text box. You should only have an empty column now.
6. Save dashboard
7. Run the dashboard. you should still see the text box that was deleted in the previous step despite saving after removing it.
