Enhancement Request: Firstname not displayed in Email when Account deactivated (Doc ID 2612611.1)

When customer enables Account Deactivated email and when they deactivate the account, the contacts in the account receive the email. But in the email the

profile firstName is always "user", so the email starts as Dear "user" instead of Dear "Firstname". So this should be corrected and made Dear "Firstname"
