OAC-OM: Clicking on a Table in a DV Project Throws a 500 Internal Server Error

Symptoms
1. Create a Project
2. Select a Subject Area and Add it as the Data Set for the Project
3. Click on a Folder (Table) in the Data Panel
Instead of the Folder (Table) expanding to show its Data Elements (Columns), the following error is thrown :-
Something Went Wrong
It looks like we did something wrong. ...

500 - Internal Server Error. ...
This issue is also encountered when doing the same in an existing Project with the same Subject Area.
This issue is not encountered with other Subject Areas / Folders (Tables).
On further testing with an Analysis in the Classic Home, it was observed that no error is thrown when clicking on the Table, however, it does not expand and a "blinking" circle is observed next to the Table name.
