Error: "Unable to Save Files" When Checking in Files (Doc ID 2613050.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to check in updated versions for files, the following error occurs.

ERROR

"Unable to save files. xxx.pdf. An unknown error has occurred. (PRM-000000000)"

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into OPC.
  2. Check in updated file.
  3. Error.
