When attempting to load CalculationCard.dat via HDL to update the US Employee Reporting Card - Eligible For Retirement Plan values, the following error occurs.

The complete user key for the object EnterableCalculationValue was not supplied. You must supply values for all user key columns: AssignmentNumber,CardSequence,ComponentSequence,DirCardCompDefName,DirCardDefinitionName,LegislativeDataGroupName

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Load CalculationCard.dat in attempt to update the US Employee Reporting Card - Eligible For Retirement Plan
2. Encounter the error message above
