How to Implement Fraud Control in OCC? (Doc ID 2613144.1)

Goal

Some sites may want to have fraud control such that if an order is a potential fraud, the order is put on hold until agent calls and confirms with the shopper that order is actually placed by the shopper.

The goal of this article is to outline how such fraud control can be implemented. However, it will not cover the actual implementation details.

Note: fraud control is different than order approval as the former is to make sure if the order is placed by the shopper, not a hacker, while the latter is to approve the purchase of an employee of a B2B customer.
