On : 18.1.3 version, BI

How to modify "Memory Guard" and "Data Model" Runtime Configuration Properties from console as Administration role user in OACS-C/BIP ?

Why these fields are non-editable?

How to increase values of below attributes from Administration > Manage BI Publisher > Runtime Configuration > Properties:
- Maximum report data size for online reports: from 300MB to 1000MB
- Free memory threshold: from 500MB to 1000MB
- Maximum data size limit for data generation: from 500 MB to 1000MB

OACS Version: 18.1.3
