Batch Payment Is Throwing Processing Error (Doc ID 2613292.1)

Goal

On Oracle Monetization Cloud (OMC) version 19B version, it was seen that the batch payment is not working wherein, after billing if user is trying to do a batch payment by using Batch Payment file, it is throwing an error popup "Processing Error" on the screen as shown below:

 

 

The section 'Processing payments in batches' in documentation explains about how to perform batch payment and also provides sample batch payment files that follow the prescribed template. The sample batch payment file templates are mentioned here from where the user had copy-pasted into a text file (.pmt file) and trying to import it into OMC.

How to resolve this error?
