On : 11.13.19.10.0 version, Mobile

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Account and PrimayContactName fields on Leads Edit Layout are simple text edit fields.
Stage environment works correctly.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Fields should be DCLs.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Either create new Lead or edit existing one, the two fields are edit box.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot edit leads.
